Pricing questions
Why is there no price list?
Restaurants differ in the number of tables, the stations in the kitchen and whether they take online orders or deliver. We would rather price your restaurant than make you fit a plan.
What should we tell you to get a price?
Your restaurant’s name and where it is, roughly how many tables and covers you have, the stations in your kitchen and bar, and whether you take online orders or deliver.
What do we need to run Ferculon?
Phones or tablets for the staff, any screen with a browser for the kitchen display and the back office, and if you want paper, a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth receipt printer. The cash drawer opens through the receipt printer.
How do we get an account?
Accounts are opened by invitation: write to us and we will approve your email for sign-up. The set-up then walks you through the basics, the menu and room, money, and the team and devices.
Does it work if the internet drops during service?
Each screen keeps its last view on the tablet and shows it while the connection is down, and staff can still clock in and out. Everything catches up when the connection comes back.
